/ BLOG / The whole keeping fit thing.. again
I’ve pretty much fallen out of step with keeping fit the last few months, what with other things playing on my mind. I’ve turned to old, and new comforts. Eating crap being a new one, which I’m honestly not happy with in the least.
Now I’m not getting tubby as such, but I can see it starting to go that way, and my fitness is somewhat questionable again. So what am I going to do about it? Starting tomorrow;
- Less shit (biscuits, pizza, “chicken man”)
- Less alcohol
- More usage of old comforts
- More Wii playing
I have the various rewards set out, and the goals I want to reach to receive said rewards. I’m also going to give myself a time frame of Christmas to be where I want to, in terms of regularly exercising, and so on.
Here goes (again).
